Regarding work-life balance: The program has increased to: 30 min. power walk, 15 min. of exercises for the legs, and 60 min. of cardio or hip hop abs training to burn calories. Regarding life-work balance: We will combine the power walk with gymnastics (in the house). During May and June, we will be working very hard to get the innovation plan executed fastest possible. There is good news on the way but we prefer to keep it confidential for the moment. Our days are dedicated to activities related to work but also to the action points we have to do based on the teachings of our Success Coach.
