WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO GREATNESS – DAY 20
The trainer for the Jack Canfield – The Success Principles Training Program we are offering is Veronica Chiaravalli. As you know, it all starts with the trainer and we would like to share the progress so far and dates of completion for each program:
- Program regarding Success (personal and professional dev.): 11th of May 2018.
- 10-Day Program (personal and professional dev.): 16th of May 2018
- 30-Day Program (personal and professional dev.): 21st of May 2018
- Train the Trainer Program: It is in the process. The date will be informed later.
Regarding work-life balance: The new physical training program (6 times a week) starts today with 200% commitment (no exceptions, no matter if it rains or shines) and it will consist of: 30 min. power walk, 15 min. of exercises for the legs, and 60 min. of cardio or hip hop abs training to burn calories. The goal is to weigh 55 kg. by September. There’s a lot to burn considering the long hours sitting in front of the computer and multitasking. This is the typical life of a CEO building a business from scratch.
We received the confirmation of a very important business collaboration with a company in the United States early today.
Veronica has been accepted to a professional degree course (a Masters in a special area which is confidential for the moment) early this week.
It’s a beautiful sunny day in Stockholm and it’s time to get ready for the exercise: a nice pair of black sunglasses, training cloths, my lovely dog, and the best music! Today we step it up big time! =)
